Along with the food, fun and entertainment, the festival benefits low income and disadvantaged students by raising awareness and funds for the Galleon Foundation in order to provide student scholarships and mentoring initiatives in the South Florida region. Caribbean Food & Rum Festival 2021 will eclipse last year’s haul for the foundation by adding so many features and enhancements to an already high-caliber fun event.
